We know that choosing a new school is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, which is why a personal recommendation from parents is so important.
Our School provides Referral Award Scheme to currently enrolled (BISB) families. The Scheme structure is progressive - the more families you refer the bigger referral award you are eligible for.
- Refer 1 family with one child/receive an award of 800 Euro.
- Refer 1 family (with more than one child), or 2 families /receive an award of 1,200 Euro per referred family.
- Refer 3-5 families/ receive an award of 1,500 Euro per referred family.
- Refer 5-10 families/ receive an award of 1,700 Euro per referred family.
Conditions for receiving the referral award:
- The referred family must notify the Admissions Officer of the name of BISB family which referred them to the school at the time of the initial enquiry, during the visit, or in the Application form.
- Referring family (BISB parents) must inform the Admissions Officer which family they have given a referral to before the referred child/children are officially enrolled at BISB.
- The referred students must be admitted at the school, their fees connected to the enrolment must be settled (the registration fee, deposit, and minimum one-term tuition fees) before the referral award payment is made to the referring family.
- Corporate clients are excluded from Referral Award Scheme.
- There is a limit of 10 new potential families/one referring BISB family during a period of one academic year.
Timeline for reward payments:
- For students enrolled during the academic year, including last-minute starters i.e. those starting in August/September, the referral reward will be paid to the referring family as a credit note issued in October of the new Academic Year against the new Academic Year tuition fees invoice either as deduction from the current year tuition fee invoices (unless not settled yet) or in case of annual payers as bank transfer.
- If the referring family leaves the school, the referral award will be paid as a credit note to the last term tuition fees.
