Nord Anglia Education receives ISO-20000 accreditation

Nord Anglia Education is delighted to announce it has received ISO/IEC 20000 accreditation, recognising the reliability and high quality of its IT service management, covering both its global systems and the local systems across its 80+ schools around the world.

Achieving the ISO accreditation ensures that Nord Anglia Education’s IT architecture and practices are aligned with international best practice – and demonstrates the organisation regularly reviews its performance to ensure it’s managed to a world-class standard. 

Formal accreditation follows three years of IT Service Management transformation accumulating in a rigorous eight-month process, starting in April 2023, which included two full audits.
