A fine goalkeeping performance, a super freekick and some all round determination, ensured that Mr. Handley's Year 6 Boys remain unbeaten so far this season.

The boys travelled to DCSG once more to take part in a jam packed schedule of 4 matches:

The first match finished 0-0 and was, in truth, largely uneventful. However, a solid defensive performance ensured that the team didn't concede during the game.

The second match was played against a strong Chatsworth side with the oppositon controlling much of the game. Had it not been for some truly heroic goalkeeping from Samuel, the boys could have suffered their first loss of the season!

The third game was played against DCSG D and, after a lengthy spell of pressure, Zach was able to break the deadlock with an instinctive kneed goal. The match finished 1-0.

Our fourth and final game of the afternoon was against DCSG E. The match looked like it was going to finish 0-0 but then, with only 3 minutes remaining, Agastya scored a thunderous freekick to seal the win for DCIS.

Overall, the whole team can be extremely proud of their efforts. Well done to everyone!
