“We are very proud of our graduates and their achievements. Once again we are above the world average, a remarkable result for a non-academically selective school. The results mean that our students will be able to go to their first choice university, where many of them have already received unconditional offers. Amid the fantastic results was a score of 31 points by one of our RISE programme students who joined only 3 years ago with very little English and an incredible score of 41 points (out of a possible maximum of 45) for another of our students. This is the level required to gain admission to the world’s elite universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard and Standford.” Sarah Osborne-James, School Principal said.

Andy Puttock, Education Director of Nord Anglia Education, said, “I am delighted by the outstanding IB diploma results achieved by our students this year. This excellent outcome is not only due to their efforts but also the incredible hard work put in by the school’s teachers throughout the year to ensure our children experience the best in learning.”

He added, “For eight consecutive years, students at Nord Anglia Education schools have exceeded the IB Diploma global average score, achieving a pass rate of 91% compared to the global average of 78.4%. This is a testament to our Be Ambitious philosophy, highlighting that there is no limit to what our students can achieve.”

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, commonly referred to as the IBDP, is a two-year education programme for students age 16-19. The programme is a widely accepted and recognised qualification for entry into higher education and universities worldwide. Once again, bravo to our students on your hard work!
