At LIS, we have a dedicated University Counselor as a resource for students and families. The University Counselor advertises students to assemble and develop their portfolios, resumes/curriculum vitas and coordinate letters of recommendation for them.
Our university counseling service starts from Year 10. The University Counselor meets with secondary level students to help them explore, research and develop their post-secondary education career goals and plans. Our aim to help students enter their top-choice university or college.
Student activities, clubs, sports, significant hobbies, interests, community volunteering, developed talents and out of school employment are all important avenues for every student to develop their interests and lifelong learning goals.
Students have lots of opportunities to get further information for their university applications through visits from individual universities and annual university fair, presentations and workshops on university preparation, career insights day and etc.
