OUR EARLY YEARS CURRICULUM

Our youngest children follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

At this formative stage in their education, your child will be guided through the seven EYFS areas of learning and development. These are designed to help each student develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding they need to grow and progress into primary.

OUR EARLY YEARS APPROACH

INSTILLING A LIFELONG LOVE OF LEARNING

In our dedicated early years setting, your child will learn through a carefully curated blend of approaches. These include play and exploration, hands-on activities, active learning, critical thinking, and problem solving.

A typical day will also involve lots of socialising, discussion, and reasoning, alongside storytelling, reading, basic maths, music, and arts and crafts. Our children love to get moving in our dedicated infant pool, too!

STARTING THE DAY WITH #METIME

Every school day starts with #METime (morning enrichment), which is centred around your child’s growth and wellbeing. Between 7:30 and 8:15 am, before lessons begin, students have the option to either take part in activities that energise and excite them for the day ahead, have a nutritious breakfast with friends, or stay at home and sleep a little bit longer.
