Halloween Happenings for Lower School
Even though we cannot host our annual Halloween Parade and Assembly this year, we will still be planning a fun day for our students. Students in grades PK - 4 may wear a school appropriate Halloween costume on Friday morning Oct. 30. Fifth grade students may dress down in Halloween themed t-shirts or they may choose to wear a costume. Please note, required face coverings must still be worn and no costume masks will be permitted. Grade level teachers will be sharing a fun virtual surprise for parents later that day for each homeroom class. Please be sure to pack clothes for your child to change out of his or her costume. Friday, October 30th will be a LS dress down day.
Please do not send treats or snacks for your child’s classmates. We are not allowing distribution of food this year for health reasons. Feel free, however, to send a fun treat for your own child on Friday if you wish.
Flik Dining will prepare a festive Halloween snack and lunch treat for all students which will be delivered to all LS classrooms that day. Grade level teams will be planning fun experiences for students throughout the day.
