New this term!

Summer Term, 2017

CHQ

CHQ is an online activity management software that we will be piloting this term and continuing throughout next school year. We are very excited about this new tool! Using CHQ, you will always be able to view your child's club registration status, wait list status, club attendance, and scheduled days of activity. It will also be able to facilitate communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and external providers, which will allow us all to make sure your child is getting the best club experience possible!

RE-REGISTRATION FOR PAID CLUBS

Students in the following clubs will automatically be enrolled in them again for Summer Term. If you do not wish to re-register for these clubs, you must e-mail your request or you will not be able to sign up for another activity which take place at the same time.

DOES YOUR CLUB END EARLY?

Various clubs have come together to produce the School Musical "Into the Woods." Performances of this musical will be on April 29. Dance club and musical rehearsals will no longer meet after the performance. If you would like to switch to a different club after "Into the Woods," please e-mail Becki and specify a first and second choice club to reserve space.

("Viaggiamo in Italia!" and "Cross Stitch Chill Out" are both clubs that begin after "Into the Woods" ends - these might be a perfect fit!)

Morning Clubs

These clubs come in a wide variety of activities, but all are teacher-led clubs which enrich your child's experience before the school day begins. Students are to arrive dressed in the appropriate clothing for their activity, sign in at the front desk, and report directly to the club room. Back to Types of Clubs

Afternoon Clubs

The bulk of our clubs are activities available after the school day ends. Students report to clubs after classes end at 3:30pm for snack time and activities will start at 3:45pm. Students should be picked up from these clubs at 4:45pm unless otherwise noted. Back to Types of Clubs

Teacher-led Clubs

These clubs are created and led by our very own BISC-LP staff members. Our innovative teachers create a huge variety of activities based on our students' unique interests and needs. The instruction of these clubs is offered at no cost, with fees sometimes specified for the cost of materials provided for an activity.

Pick-up from these after-school activities begins at 4:45pm in
the garage pick-up area.
