Students from years 1 and 2 attended Awsaj academy for their annual swimming gala. The mixed students tried their best and many placed in 4^th and 5^th position. Mohamed El-Kozok managed to superbly swim himself into a first placed position for the 25m freestyle and earned himself a GOLD medal! The students were also supported by the helpful Maya Crocco from year 5, who helped the pupils prepare for their races. The students who swam for the school are as follows;
