I gained my degree in Early Childhood Education in my country, Ecuador, in 2004. I was working there for four years in two different preschools as a class teacher. One of them was by Montessori system. I came to Qatar six years ago; I worked in an English Kindergarten for three years as a teacher leader before joined Compass International School. Actually, I am working here for the third year. I took the decision to come to this school because giving support to children was for me a new and exciting experience.
I am an Ecuadorian, married woman with two sons. My hobbies are reading and jogging. My goal by now is to get my license to teach Spanish.
WHAT MAKES THIS SCHOOL DIFFERENT
I like to work at Compass International School because I feel like every kid is a unique person. Compass has inclusion for children with support learning which others do not have. I feel like working at Compass is giving me the opportunity to learn more from my kids while I am teaching.
