On Thursday 27 February, The British School, Warsaw organised a non-uniform day for Primary and Secondary School students. Each student brought 10PLN to school which was collected for the nominated charity of The Warsaw Volunteer Mission which helps very poor families in need around Warsaw. They provide furniture, clothing, school books, stationery and even food. A House Competition Carnival was also organised by Year 6. It was a great success as it involved a variety of games and even activities such as face painting and a manicure – all organised by the students.
The British School would like to thank PTA for delivering doughnuts for everyone as it was also Fat Thursday!
