Term dates 2018/19

  • The first term begins on 28 August 2018.
  • The second term begins on 6 January 2019.
  •  The third term begins on 14 April 2019.

 

  • Academic Year 2018/19: Admissions are ongoing for Term 2. We will review your application and advise you of its status and if necessary, the next steps.

    Admissions assessments for Academic year 2018/19 will be held throughout Term 2.

 

  • Academic Year 2019/20: Admissions are now open. We will review your application and advise you of its status.

    Admissions assessments for Academic year 2019/20 will be held starting January 2019.

    Play sessions for Foundation Stage 1 & 2 are a mandatory step in the admissions process for all pupils currently in Qatar.

 

At NAISAK we require the following documents for an application:

  • 2 passport photos of your child
  • A clearance letter from your child’s school, for students new to Qatar
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of your child’s vaccination card
  • A copy of the photo page and visa page of your child’s passport
  • A copy of the photo page and the visa page of Father/Sponsor passport and his Qatar ID card (front and back)
  • A copy of the final academic school report. This should be handed to admissions before your child starts with NAISAK. Please note that any place offered is subject to a pass in the previous year group.
