Year 5 Basketball and Football House Competition Finals
Finals day on Monday went goal crazy! Coach Ravey had the Murchison boys in for extra training and it paid off. The purples dominated throughout and netted 6 times with no response from Loreto. The silverware will surely have persuaded House mistress Clare Mulcahy to keep Ravey in the manager’s seat for future competitions.
Ms Wisher on the other hand was left dreaming of what might have been. Her Loreto made it to both finals but fell at the final hurdle in both. A strong Hoba team took control of the Girls Basketball and ran out 6-2 winners.
Monday also saw a record-breaking attendance with two of the Year 4 classes also coming to lend their support. Well done to all who were involved and a thank you to the PE Department.
This will certainly be repeated next year as we continue to provide more competitive opportunities for our students.
