BVIS victorious at the Third Annual Intercity School Monologue Competition!

This Tuesday I had the pleasure of accompanying some of our talented students to compete in the 3rdAnnual intercity school Monologue competition held at the American International School.

BVIS entered four competitors from both KS3 and 4, some of which performed scripted monologues and others who devised their own pieces. BVIS were victorious bringing 2 trophies home!

The results are as follows:

Stella (10V) won the Key stage 4 competition for her excellent devised monologue based on The Elephant Man.

Jolie (10V) came 2nd Place for her emotional and naturalistic delivery.

Both Ky Dan (9V) and Loc (8B) did extremely well in a strong category coming runners up.

They both entertained and engaged the audience extremely well with their excellent performances. Well done students and Mr Williams for his excellent mentoring!
