Secondary Update – Mr Simon Graves – 28/04/2017

  • Untitled design (1)

Exams have started in earnest now, with art and ICT practical exams taking up much of our Year 11 students’ time this week. Some of them even have to come into school over the holiday weekend for examinations! I am sure you will join me in wishing all of our year 11, 12 and 13 students – as well as Ben in year 10 – the very best of luck as they enter into this very important time of year.

We were very proud to host the Saigon Enterprise Challenge this week, and as always our students acquitted themselves extremely well against other schools in the city. A big thank you to Ms Allan for arranging the event and also for all her work in getting the teams up and running throughout the year. You can read more about it here.

Thank you as well to our year 6 parents who came along to the transition coffee morning on Thursday. Seeing your child move from Primary to Secondary school can be a nerve-wracking experience, and I hope that you all feel rather more at ease with the whole process now.

Finally, if you weren’t able to access the Global Goals video last week, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ixEsOfsAGs

Enjoy the long weekend.
