Olivia Walker

PE Teacher

Olivia Walker

BEd (Hons) Physical Education, The University of Edinburgh, Scotland

Olivia has been teaching Physical Education for five years in total, and has spent the past four years teaching PE in a large international school in Cairo, Egypt. In Cairo she taught students across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, including GCSE PE.  Olivia also coordinated the House System, running House competitions and challenges with the staff and students. Prior to this Olivia taught in a secondary school in the Highlands of Scotland, teaching students in both primary and secondary school. She is very much looking forward to joining the PE department here at BVIS, and exploring a new country and culture. Outside of school, Olivia’s main passions are keeping fit and participating in recreational and competitive sport, including skiing, swimming, running, gymnastics and netball. During the holidays Olivia loves to travel, explore new places and listen to live music.
