I graduated in Spain from Universidad de Cadiz with a Bachelors degree then went on to receive my Masters in Education from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. Before coming to the US in 2010 I worked in different public and charter schools in Spain. I started working at BISB in 2012 and I have taught Heritage Spanish, Spanish and Maths.
It has been a great achievement to move with my family to a new country. Being able to adapt to a new language, culture and traditions is something that I am very proud of. It has been a great experience and I keep learning new things every day.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my four daughters and my husband. We like to ski during the winter, and go back to Spain and visit our family in the summer. We love cooking together, going on trips and watching movies.
Whats makes you feel that BISB is special for students to learn and teachers to teach?
BISB is an international school that provides a wonderful learning experience. There is a sense of being part of a family that makes the school a very special place where the students can learn and fulfill their potential.
