Building Community

Erin Woodhams is our Director of Marketing & Admissions and a member of BISC Lincoln Park's senior leadership team.

As both a parent and staff member at BISC Lincoln Park, the strength of our community is integral to both mine and my child’s experience every day. Who our community is and how we spend time together is quite possibly one of the most asked questions I get when giving a tour to prospective families and possibly one of the key deciding factors of whether they choose to send their child to BISC Lincoln Park.

Our community is unique; we have families from all over the world, we speak numerous languages, and have families with many children and some with only one. We are vibrant, engaging and diverse, but all share common values, which make us our own family. We are growing and evolving as a community just like our children do every day – every parent, teacher, student, and caregivers involvement keeps our campus in motion.

So far this year, we as a community, have come together for fifty seven community building events ranging from class breakfasts to the Aon stair climb -- and it’s still only April! With the summer term already flying by, we are looking forward to another ten weeks of getting to know one another and making memories with our children that will last a lifetime.
