What are the aims for your students and your teaching philosophy?

Every student learns differently, and I make that the focus of each lesson. I cater to each student's individual needs to bring about the most progress, while making sure we have fun in each lesson. Music should always be fun, no matter how hard you work!

What is the highlight of your performing career?

Back in October 2016, I had the honor of premiering two works at Chicago's Ear Taxi Festival, the city's first new music festival. It was an amazing experience to be able to collaborate with some of the best musicians the area has to offer and deliver two incredible performances. I will never forget it.

Fun Fact

My absolute favorite thing to do outside of music is to cook. I love food and I love trying new recipes, no matter how daunting they may seem!
