Aisling joins BIS in August 2016. She came to Vietnam in order to teach English to a number of underprivileged schools in rural areas of the Mekong Delta. Previously, she spent two years completing her masters thesis at Cambridge, specialising in witchcraft, confessional politics and court patronage in early modern Britain and Ireland. Having studied a single honours bachelors degree in history at undergraduate, Aisling has developed viatl skills in academic research and essay composition which facilitates her in this role as Academic English assistant.
Aisling is deeply passionate about playing rugby and has played with her club for a number years, in addition to her love of piano.
