At Collège Champittet, our curricula enable secondary students to achieve academic excellence while choosing the best pathway for their academic interests, language abilities and career goals.
Our secondary programme is divided into two stages: Middle School (Grades 9 to 10) and High School (Grades 11 to 14). In Middle School, students can either follow our bilingual French-English pathway or the pre-IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) in English. Once they reach High School, students choose between the IBDP in English, the French Baccalaureate in French, or the bilingual Swiss Maturité – three academically rigorous programmes, all rooted in our Swiss standards of excellence.
Compared to public schools in Switzerland, which only teach the Swiss Maturité, our flexible curricula ensures that every learner can follow the most suitable route to achieving their university goals, no matter where in the world they wish to study or work. Our students regularly attain a 100% pass rate while engaging in exceptional learning experiences beyond the classroom that further enhance their university admissions portfolio. Combined with our dedicated university and career guidance, this excellent academic preparation paves the way to the world’s most selective universities.

As an international school, our dedicated French as a Foreign Language (FLE) team offers excellent support for students who wish to improve their French language skills.
Yes, we operate our own fleet of modern, clean and safe minibuses, with routes serving Lausanne and the Lake Geneva area. Families may register for either one-way or return trips for the duration of the school year. Although we try to guarantee every student a spot, early registration is recommended.
