Learning starts with curiosity.

Globally Recognised curricula
We offer three distinct yet fluid pathways at Dover Court, which provide tiered levels of support, challenge, and personalisation. While students on each pathway follow globally recognised British and international curricula, key concepts are contextualised and adapted in different ways. In addition to IGCSE and IBDP, students can also choose to study career-focused BTEC or ASDAN qualifications, providing more paths to success for our diverse students.
As well as enabling each child to achieve the highest possible academic outcomes, our curricula balance wellbeing, personal development, and enriching experiences beyond the classroom.

Learning designed around your child
Through six core educational pillars, our curricula reimagine learning and develop around each student's strengths and curiosity

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
- How long does the admissions process take?
- The length of the admissions process varies. It’s personalised to your child, so factors like their age, learning support needs, and assessment type all play a part. The time it takes to get the Confidential Student Reference form from your child’s current school can also have an impact.
- How long is your waiting list?
Dover Court International School has been a trusted and popular choice for families in Singapore for more than 50 years, and many of our year groups operate at or near full capacity. While demand is consistently high, Singapore is a dynamic, mobile city, and new spaces are offered throughout the year as families relocate.
New students generally join at the start of each academic term, with August as our largest intake. However, applications remain active from term to term until a suitable place becomes available, giving families the reassurance that their child stays in line without needing to reapply.
Early Years is the best time to join our school. We add classes in Reception and Year 1 each year, which creates more places than in other age groups. Nursery, Reception, and Year 1 are therefore considered key entry points.
For older year groups, places typically become available when current students move away. Due to sustained demand, we are also expanding our capacity and will be opening additional classes in Years 7 and 8 from August 2026.
In Sixth Form, we have limited availability as most of our Year 11 students continue into the IB Diploma and BTEC International Diploma programmes. However, we do welcome new applicants each year, and we offer an IB scholarship programme for outstanding students entering Year 12.
Because we are a family‑oriented community, sibling applications are prioritised whenever possible. We also prioritise returning DCIS families and those who are transferring from other Nord Anglia Education schools.
We always encourage families to apply early with all the requested documents for the best chance of securing a place and to stay in regular contact with our Admissions Team, who can provide the most up‑to‑date information on availability throughout the year.
- Is the admissions process different if my company pays the fees?
- If your company is paying your child’s fees, our admissions and finance teams are happy to deal with them directly. Please let us know as early as possible in the process.
- Is the application fee refundable?
- Once paid, the application fee is non-refundable.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
