COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE OF "GREENGATES SCHOOL," S.C.

In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), its Regulations, and the Guidelines for Privacy Notices ("Privacy Notice") of "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO," S.C. (hereinafter referred to as "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO"), acting as data controller with respect to the processing of your personal data, with registered address at: Avenida Circunvalación Poniente 102, Colonia Balcones de San Mateo, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Postal Code 53200, and Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) ___________;[1]  hereby makes available this Privacy Notice.

By enrolling in, contracting, or otherwise making use of our educational services, as well as by browsing our official website www.greengates.edu.mx (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE"), you (hereinafter the "DATA SUBJECT") expressly accept the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event of any dispute, the DATA SUBJECT agrees to submit to the applicable laws of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Mexico.

A. Personal Data Subject to Processing.
"GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO"
collects and processes personal data of applicants, students, alumni, parents, legal guardians, teaching, administrative and management personnel, as well as suppliers and visitors. In order to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, we will collect the following categories of data:

General and identifying data of the student: Full name, place and date of birth, age, gender, nationality, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), address, home/mobile telephone number, prior school of origin, current grade level and grade level sought for admission.

Data of the father, mother, or legal guardian: Full name, profession or occupation, marital status, home address, telephone numbers (home, mobile, work), job title, name or corporate name of employer, work address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), email address, copy of official photo identification, proof of address, as well as the means by which the school was learned of and the total number of children.

Financial and asset-related data: Income, bank accounts, payment history, property holdings, and other financial information relevant to invoicing, collection, or the processing of scholarships and financial aid.

Image and video-surveillance data: Images, photographs, and video recordings captured by security cameras upon entry to or while remaining within the premises of "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO", as well as at school events.

B. Sensitive Personal Data.
We hereby inform you that "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" will collect and process the following sensitive personal data pertaining to students:

Health and medical data:Blood type, medical history, illnesses, chronic conditions, allergies, vaccinations administered, general state of health, attending physician's information, and psychological, psycho-pedagogical, or psychiatric records or evaluations.

The processing of such sensitive data is strictly necessary for the proper provision of educational services, the handling of medical emergencies, and the psycho-pedagogical monitoring of the student. The processing of sensitive data belonging to minors is carried out with the explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians.

C. Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data.
The personal data collected shall be used for the following purposes:

1. Primary Purposes (necessary for the legal relationship with "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO")

●      Verifying the identity and contact information of the DATA SUBJECT and of the students.

●      Carrying out the admissions, evaluation, enrollment, and registration process.

●      Providing educational, academic, extracurricular, and holistic development services.

●      Creating the student's school, academic, clinical, and psycho-pedagogical file.

●      Periodically evaluating and reporting on academic performance and conduct.

●      Assigning institutional credentials and institutional email accounts.

●      Managing and evaluating the granting of financial aid and/or scholarships, as applicable.

●      Administering and controlling physical access and facilities, and safeguarding the security of the school community through video-surveillance systems.

●      Handling the enrollment, cancellation, or modification of school accident insurance policies.

●      Providing first aid and primary medical attention in the event of an emergency on school premises.

●      Complying with requirements of educational authorities (such as the SEP) and other governmental authorities.

●      Managing invoicing, payment, and collection processes arising from educational services.

●      Providing assistance, information, and support through the WEBSITE and automated technological tools (virtual assistants / Artificial Intelligence chatbots).

2. Secondary Purposes (optional and marketing-related)
Unless the DATA SUBJECT objects, "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" may use personal data to:

●      Publish photographs, videos, and academic work of the student in informational, institutional, or promotional materials (in print or digital form, including social media and the school's official website).

●      Disseminate congratulatory messages, celebrations, recognitions, and academic, athletic, or cultural achievements.

●      Invite the DATA SUBJECT to non-mandatory social, cultural, or athletic events organized by the school.

●      Conduct satisfaction surveys, evaluations, and market research studies.

●      Prepare internal statistical analyses and optimize the response models of our virtual assistants / AI Chatbot.

Mechanism for Objecting to Secondary Purposes:
Should you not wish for your personal data, or that of the individual you represent, to be processed for the secondary purposes described above, you may express your objection by sending an email to: sylvia.Macias@greengates.edu.mx., or by checking the corresponding box on enrollment applications or printed/digital forms made available to you.

D. Transfer of Personal Data.
"GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO"
may transfer your personal data domestically and internationally, without requiring your consent, solely in the instances set forth under Article 37 of the Law, such as:

●      Educational Authorities: For processing the official validity of studies, certificates, and degree/credit revalidations.

●      Healthcare Institutions and Hospitals: For attending to students' medical emergencies.

●      Insurance Companies: For the contracting and effectiveness of school accident insurance.

●      Judicial or Administrative Authorities: In compliance with legal orders or express requirements.

●      Technology Service Providers (Data Processors): To the extent necessary for data hosting, Artificial Intelligence tools (Chatbot), educational platforms, and school management systems, subject to strict confidentiality undertakings.

"GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" shall not sell, trade, or lease your personal data to third parties.

E. ARCO Rights and Withdrawal of Consent.
As a DATA SUBJECT (or legal representative of a minor student), you have the right to:

●      Access: To know what personal data we hold about you and the conditions of its use.

●      Rectification: To request correction of your information where it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

●      Cancellation: To request the deletion of your data from our records where you believe it is not being processed in accordance with the law.

●      Objection: To object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

●      Withdrawal: To withdraw, at any time, consent previously granted for the processing of your data.

Procedure and Means for Exercising ARCO Rights and Withdrawal of Consent:
To exercise any of these rights, you must submit a written request to the following email address: sylvia.Macias@greengates.edu.mx.

The request must include:

●      Full name of the Data Subject and, where applicable, of the legal representative (attaching supporting documentation).

●      Email address or other means by which the response may be communicated to you.

●      A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights or the withdrawal of consent.

●      Any element or document that facilitates the location of the data.

Response Timeframes:
If the request is incomplete, you will be required to remedy it within 5 business days following receipt. You will then have 10 business days to respond.

"GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" will communicate its determination within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date of receipt of the complete request. If deemed appropriate, such determination shall be given effect within the 15 business days following the response.

F. Electronic Means, Cookies, and Artificial Intelligence Technologies

1. Use of Cookies and Web Beacons
The WEBSITE uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance the browsing experience, personalize access, and collect traffic statistics. Users may disable the use of cookies at any time by adjusting their web browser settings; however, certain functions of the site may be limited as a result.

2. Use of the Chatbot and Artificial Intelligence Assistants
In order to provide prompt and immediate assistance, "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" has integrated a virtual assistant based on Artificial Intelligence (Chatbot) into its website. With respect to its use, the DATA SUBJECT should bear in mind that:

●      Sensitive Data: The DATA SUBJECT is formally requested not to share sensitive personal data (medical diagnoses, bank account details, passwords) through the Chatbot.

●      Informational Nature: The responses generated by the Chatbot are exclusively advisory and informational in nature; they do not formalize contractual relationships nor substitute for official administrative procedures.

G. Options and Means for Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Data
In addition to the ARCO rights, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by registering with PROFECO's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP), or by directly requesting registration on the internal exclusion list of "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO" by sending an email to sylvia.Macias@greengates.edu.mx .

H. Supervisory Authority.
If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any act or omission of "GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO", you may file a complaint or report with the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (SABG) or the competent supervisory authority.

I. Amendments to this Privacy Notice.
"GREENGATES SCHOOL MÉXICO"
reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Notice at any time in order to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of our services.

Primary Purposes: The personal data we collect from students, parents, legal guardians, and visitors will be used to: process admission and enrollment applications, provide educational services, evaluate academic performance, manage administrative and school-related procedures, handle invoicing and collections, ensure the safety and physical integrity of the premises, provide medical assistance in the event of an emergency, and respond to inquiries through our physical or digital service channels (including virtual assistants).

Secondary Purposes: Dissemination of school achievements, athletic and cultural events; preparation of promotional and advertising materials (use of image in photo/video); and distribution of quality/satisfaction surveys.

Objection to Secondary Purposes: If you do not wish for your personal data (or that of the individual you represent) to be processed for the secondary purposes described above, you may state your objection by sending an email to sylvia.Macias@greengates.edu.mx
