Originally from France, Angeline has been teaching internationally since 2007. Angeline joined the Léman family in August 2019. For the academic year 2020-2021 Angeline is a Year 1 teacher.
Angeline graduated from Toulouse II University in Toulouse, France with a bachelor's degree in English Literature and a bachelor's degree in International Trade, specialising in Economics. Angeline began her teaching career as a University English teacher and after one year joined an IB (International Baccalaureate) High School in Dujiangyan, China. After the 2008 earthquake, Angeline moved to Chengdu where she taught at a language school and at an IB World School. While teaching Kindergarten, Angeline realised that teaching Pre and Primary aged students internationally was her true calling. She gained a PGCE in Pre & Primary Education and two years later, she earned a Master’s Degree in Pre & Primary Education.
Angeline is enjoying her time in Chengdu; after almost 12 years spent in the city, she is getting a little better at speaking Chinese. Angeline enjoys spending time with her family. She has two sons who are respectively 7 and 4 years old. In her free time, Angeline loves baking, reading and wishes she had more time to study another foreign language.
