• What does the school's calendar look like?

  Léman International School Chengdu follows an international school calendar, with the academic year starting in mid-August and ending at the end of June.

• What is the deadline for enrolment?

  We accept applications throughout the school year, so long as we have places available in the year group the student is applying to. Prospective students will also need to meet Léman International School Chengdu’s admissions requirements.

• Will my child be able to transfer between schools in the Nord Anglia Education family?

  Yes. Once your child is accepted and attending any of our schools, they can transfer to other Nord Anglia schools, subject to that school having places available and the student meeting the admissions criteria. Admissions and administrative procedures are greatly simplified, although fees and charges will vary accordingly.
• How long does the Léman International School Chengdu admissions process take?

  From first contact to the point when we consider offering your child a place, our international school admissions process should take no more than two weeks. However, this does depend on how quickly parents wish to apply.
• Are the ‘Enrolment Deposit’ and ‘Re-enrolment Deposit’ separate fees?

  The Enrolment Deposit and Re-enrolment Deposit are pre-payments to secure your child’s place. Both deposits are credited against the next term’s tuition fees. They are non-refundable after the published dates, as stated in our ‘Tuition and Fees’ document.

• Do you offer school Open Days?

  Yes, we do! Our Open Days are a great way to experience teaching and learning in action, explore our campus, and meet our educators in person.
