Léman’s Winter Wonderland: A Joyous Gathering for Charity

On Saturday, 9th of December, Léman International School Chengdu opened its doors to a magical Winter Wonderland, transforming the school grounds into a festive haven that captivated over 800 attendees. The event, not just a celebration of the season but a testament to community and generosity, showcased more than 50 booths offering a myriad of experiences, including shopping, student performances, games, and activities—all with the overarching aim of giving back.

From 10 am to 2 pm, the campus pulsed with festive energy as families, students, and residents of the Chengdu international community immersed themselves in the winter-themed extravaganza. The diverse range of booths ensured there was something for everyone, fostering an atmosphere of shared joy and a collective spirit of giving.

Undoubtedly, the highlight of the day was the mesmerising student performances, featuring the school band, instrumental showcases, and student choir. The talents on display illuminated the event, leaving attendees in awe of the remarkable artistic abilities within the Léman community.

Adding an extra layer of excitement, the raffle draws had everyone eagerly awaiting the results. The Announcement of Winners Filled the Grounds with Even More Joy, Truly Making the Event Jubilant!

Beyond the surface-level festivities, the true heart of the event lay in the collective effort to make a positive impact in the community. Winter Wonderland successfully raised an impressive 10,000RMB, a substantial sum that will be donated in full to the Hope Station, embodying Léman International School's unwavering commitment to supporting those in need.
