Spanish Writing Competition The MFL department are delighted to announce the launch of the third edition of the Spanish Book Week Competition next week. The Modern Foreign Language (MFL) department are delighted to announce the launch of the third edition of the Spanish Book Week Competition next week.

Last year, BIS Abu Dhabi’s MFL Department launched its second Spanish Writing Competition, and invited our sister school NAS Dubai to participate. This was a real success, and we were delighted to receive over 100 entries in different categories from both schools.

Secondary students were asked to write about festivities in Spain or Mexico. With the support from the Spanish Embassy,  the winners received a range of nice prizes.

We want to recreate the experience this year, and as such, the MFL department is delighted to announce the launch of the third edition of the Spanish Book Week Writing Competition, in Spanish, on Sunday, 2nd May!
