Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

I write to you today from Switzerland, where I am attending Nord Anglia Education’s annual Senior Leadership Team Conference. Each year, all Principals and senior staff from Head Office meeting in the mountains to reflect on the year behind us and the year ahead. It is a wonderful opportunity to hear about the direction of the company from our CEO Andrew Fitzmaurice and other key colleagues. Naturally, our offer to students and their families is at the core of all of our discussions. This year I was honoured to be invited to deliver a presentation to my fellow Principals on the topic of ‘Raising Academic Standards’. I was asked to present on standards based on my work at Nord Anglia International School, Dubai. There, the team succeeded in raising our academic standards to some of the best in the entire Nord Anglia group. Over the coming years, I will be focused on doing exactly the same thing here at NAISAK. Our students deserve the best possible education and you as parents deserve to see your children make the best possible progress and attainment whilst studying with us. Of course, raising standards can take time but we have already begun this journey together. School, parents and students are in partnership together and we all want the same thing – the best possible outcomes for every individual. Let us Be Ambitious for ourselves and for others and move forward together. I look forward to being back in school towards the end of this week.

Liz Lamb
Principal
