The Global Games is an exciting five-day programme packed with sports competitions, activities and the chance to make new friends from Nord Anglia’s schools across the region. The programme is designed to enable your child to thrive in an atmosphere of ambition, sportsmanship and teamwork. 

Day 1: Arrival and Opening Dinner 

Students will be arriving in Orlando throughout the day. In the evening, we will kick off the Global Games with a welcome dinner at Hard Rock Café Orlando in Universal CityWalk. 

Day 2: Opening Ceremonies of the Global Games and SeaWorld Orlando

Your child will participate on the first day of competition and enjoy free time between events in the on-campus Olympic Village. During the evening, students will visit SeaWorld for an exclusive after-hours event. Participants will enjoy dinner, the park’s Wild Artic Exhibit, and unlimited rides on the Ice Breaker and brand-new Pipeline roller coasters! 

Day 3: The Global Games continues with Main Event or Dave & Buster’s

Quarter and Semifinal competitions will be held throughout the day along with fun activities at the Olympic Village. In the evening, students will visit Main Event or Dave & Buster’s for dinner and play. 

Day 4: The final day of the Global Games, Awards Ceremony, and Universal’s Islands of Adventure 

The championship games are held in the morning and culminate in the closing awards ceremony which concludes by early afternoon, leaving your child plenty of time to visit Islands of Adventure until the theme park closes. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™, and the amazing Jurassic World VelociCoaster -- among many other exciting rides. Participants will receive a Universal gift card for dinner at any of the multiple dining options in the park.  

Day 5: Departure

Students and chaperones will be transported from the hotel to the airport via coach bus. All departure times will be pre-arranged according to each school’s flight time.
