Tools to help focus their attention, to better manage their emotions, and to improve their self-awareness. That is what we aim to provide our students with on a daily basis through the practice of mindfulness exercises, starting as early as age six!
Mindfulness is in essence about awakening to the present moment. In recent years, a growing number of scientific studies have underlined the benefits of mindfulness. Grey matter is responsible for learning skills, memory, emotions regulation. As life-long learners, our teachers have developed a growing interest in this technique which actively supports students in their learning journey.
