Panda Awards – The Final Vote

Key Stage 3
KS3 classes debated the best Panda book on Monday with their year groups and yesterday each pupil voted for their personal favourite. All pupils in KS3 have been reading the 8 Panda Books as part of their independent reading since last August. Despite the power failure there was a great atmosphere of excitement in the gym as each English class gave a presentation to re-cap on the 8 books short-listed before the final vote. Everyone, including teachers, was dressed up as a character from the one of the Panda books for the occasion.
Mrs Eastwood judged the best-dressed English class and Year 4 judged the best class presentation.
