Darrel Sherlock

Darrel Sherlock

Secondary Art Teacher

Darrel gained his BA (Hons) in 3D Art and Design in 1992, at the Cardiff Institute of HE, Wales, UK, followed by Qualified Teachers Status at the University of Gloucester, UK. For 18 years Darrel has run his own business as a Creative Studio Ceramic Artist, has exhibited at galleries throughout the UK and was a visiting lecturer in ceramics at Falmouth University, UK. David has most recently taught throughout Yrs 7-13 across a range of Art and Design and Technology modules in a school in Oxfordshire, UK.

Darrel has a 1st dan in Aikido and an interest Argentine tango which he has taught and practiced for over 10 years. He also has a passion for pottery, woodworking, cooking, alternative and international films, travelling and outdoor activities such as cycling, swimming and walking.
