Parental Survey 2017
We would like to thank most sincerely everyone who participated in our annual Parent Satisfaction Survey held in February. As I have previously mentioned, a high response rate of 53% of our families, having one opportunity per family rather than per child, was very gratifying. This is significantly up on the response rate from 2015. Back then we had 92 families respond. This year, at nearly 3 times that, 256 families conducted the survey. Those respondents shared valuable feedback on how we can continue to enhance our school to provide the best educational experience for your child(ren).
The results of the survey are now being anonymously collated and analysed by Nord Anglia Education and we will receive our individual school's results and parental comments that are now being translated in the coming week. We are looking forward to sharing these with you very soon. The headline figures will be placed on the 'What People Say...' section of the website and elsewhere on Facebook as well as through a personalised letter from me.
We will also be sharing with you the action points within the school to address any specific areas highlighted in the survey. Do look out for that information in the coming weeks.
