The Mandarin and Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department joined forces to help the PA celebrate International Day. A lot of activities were planned by teachers in both departments.

Mr Mende delighted his students with some very tasty German pastry. Mrs Sagasta gave her students a cookery lesson in Spanish and produced some excellent gazpacho. Mr Zheng shared his passion for Chinese music and Mr Xu taught the students the art of paper cutting.  Ms Pan and Ms Lu made some delicious dumplings with their students.

International Day was the opportunity for the students to experience and learn something new. Some of them took part in a Bollywood dancing workshop delivered by Orli Ginossar and even performed a dance routine for parents in the gym. It was a great day of fun and new cultural experiences for everyone.

Update from Ms. Linda Bastien, Head of Modern Foreign Languages
