Reception have been enjoying the beautiful weather and exploring our EYFS garden. They have been looking at mini-beasts and talking about their features and where they live. They saw lots of ants which they watched for a long time, fascinated by how they move. They have also been discussing similarities and differences in our environment as they notice changes taking place.
Children have also been having a great time exploring our new learning resources in the EYFS garden. They have been princesses in our castle, acted out the Billy Goats Gruff on our wooden bridge and travelled on many adventures in our life-sized car. They have also enjoyed investigating weight in the maths area with our giant balance scales. We can’t wait to see what areas of our garden they will explore next!
