What a great day at Carmen, the prestigious Spanish restaurant!
BSB students discovered Spanish food guided by world-wide renowned Spanish chef Alberto Gil. Carmen’s owner Carlos also gifted students with an exceptional presentation about traditional Spanish cuisine -what exactly students had to enjoy in the Spanish restaurant minutes later.
But, what do our students have for lunch? Let’s see… Two exceptional traditional paellas, twenty tapas of ham and prawn croquetas (Spanish croquettes), squid ring fried in butter, ensaladilla rusa (diced vegetables, boiled eggs and tuna salad dresses with mayonnaise), and sangria.
We have celebrated a very busy year at BSB being ambitious with Spanish and achieving excellent academic results at the end; but above all, we have celebrated Spanish culture and students' passion for Spanish this year.
