Come with us on a journey

Parents are involved

Children whose parents are involved in their education are more likely to do better in school and it positively affects their success. Family values are important in all cultures and the notion of ‘family’ is at the heart of our community. We urge all parents to come forward and be closely involved in the three way conversations linking teachers, children and the home.

We are always pleased to link parents together and those who have been with us longer will be available to welcome those who are new to Bratislava and provide that special insider’s view of our school and the opportunities available to your children and to the whole family.

The British International School Bratislava is also part of the wider Nord Anglia Education group which comprises one of the largest ‘families of schools’ operating worldwide. With this strength in numbers we are able to ensure that the children in our care are aware of their part in a wider world as they collaborate with children from other schools through the Nord Anglia Education ‘Global Classroom’.
