Our focus on music academia and performance has helped us historically produce exceptional
results in music exams for Trinity College of Music, London and ABRSM exams.
The Music Box also composes, organises and directs the Anthem for the opening ceremony of the
Emirates Airlines Festival of Literature every year, and provides a platform for over 400 primary
school children to perform together. Throughout the year, it organises over 40 events, that include
recitals, masterclasses, workshops, screenings and coffee mornings.
The Music Box has also composed and produced a songbook, ‘Salaam’ the first of it’s kind in the
region, with songs that celebrate Islam and Arabia. It has been featured on Virgin Radio, Dubai
One, Gulf News, Friday Magazine,Time Out and several online publications, including the Daily
Telegraph, and International Herald Tribune.
From September 2015, We will be offering instrumental and vocal lessons in Piano, Guitar
(Electric, Acoustic and Classical), Drums, Percussion, Voice (Classical and Rock&Pop),
Violin, Clarinet, Saxophone, Cello, Viola, Trumpet, Flute and Bassoon.
All lessons will continue to be offered on an individual basis during school hours by
qualified teachers and every effort and care will be taken to ensure crucial lessons are not
missed, lessons will be offered on a rotating and flexible timetable to ensure that the same
academic lessons are not missed consecutively, and some slots after school will be

at the start of every term.
