CAREERS

When recruiting teachers we seek to find the right colleagues who really enjoy working with young people and who can listen to them, understanding their needs at different stages of their growth.

We appoint staff who are able to drive improvement and who understand the special diversity and complexity of a school like ours. We look for staff who will also be able to develop and grow from being with us at NAS Dubai, role models of character who share positive energy as they go that special extra mile to find success.

NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with an enrolment of 1880.  Academic achievement is celebrated throughout (71% 9-7 point A*/A pass at GCSE) and a 36.5 point IB Diploma average score with 25% achieving over 40 points.

The culture of the school is one of interest and care where learning is personalised to meet individual needs. The annual inspection judgments are ‘very good’ and ‘outstanding’ throughout.

Each Anglia Education school is unique in character and designed to meet the needs of its community. We are united by our philosophy, to be ambitious for our students, our people and our family of schools. We believe that being part of our family of 68 schools gives them a special advantage. Working together, we can achieve more than we can individually.

Our schools have access to a wide range of resources and support to enhance their success. We also create unique opportunities to benefit our students and people, such as the Global Campus, Nord Anglia University, and our collaborations with The Juilliard School, MIT, UNICEF and King’s College London.
