Bradley Finan

Brad Finan

Year 6 Teacher

Brad’s background was originally in Criminology and Sociology, and he completed his degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. In his early career, he spent 7 years working with disadvantaged children who were involved in criminal behaviour.

Whilst this work was rewarding and interesting, Brad decided to pursue a career in education. He studied at the University of Sunderland and completed his PGCE. Brad joined NAIS following a recommendation of the school from a friend and former NAIS teacher. Seven years on, he feels it was the best decision he ever made. Brad is privileged to work alongside a fantastic team of teachers and thoroughly enjoys teaching the wonderful students that come to NAIS Pudong.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and spending time with his family. He is a keen traveller and has already explored many parts of South East Asia. Over the coming years Brad is determined to learn more Mandarin, in order to further enrich his experience of living and working in China.
