OUR LEARNING THEMES

This week we will be enjoying your children’s favourite learning experiences, both in the classroom and outside in the playground. Children are beginning to talk more about the summer holidays, flying away, swimming, seeing family and taking a rest from school. These themes will inform our planned learning experiences for our final week with art, literacy, numeracy, creativity and imaginative play.

With many of our children moving on to Nursery next year, this week we will also take those children to visit areas of Nursery, to meet some of the teachers they will work with next year and to begin our transition. The children who will be continuing their learning in Pre-Nursery will also be spending timewith  these teachers, and building on their sense of belonging and wellbeing in this space.
