- Raincoat and Cold Weather- Please ensure that your child brings a raincoat to school for the wet weather and a coat now that the temperature has dropped.
- Swimming - Please be aware that the days are getting colder and wetter so please dress your child accordingly. On swimming days girls may wear dark leggings and matching dark socks instead of tights to make it easier for them to get dressed. A warm hat is also recommended.
In Literacy the children will continue with their comic strips using the app Superhero Comic Maker. They will then write their comics as a narrative piece and place all the spoken words inside inverted commas for speech. They will also be encouraged to use different sentence forms e.g. exclamations, commands, statements and questions.

The children will revisit 2D and 3D shapes, extending their understanding of the properties of the different shapes. Following this we will revisit our work on time.

This week the children will be continuing our three week investigation into sound. The children will explore sound and how it travels and then will plan an investigation to test their theories.
