Heart rates need to be raised, bodies need to be tested, and smiles need to be seen every day.
To support this, the PE department have organised weekly workouts, challenges and skill schools. We want the whole family involved in these activities, and you can share your achievements via the school’s social media sites and/or Team Falcon’s Instagram page.
Weekly activity menus will be sent via Seesaw and Teams. Some menus will also offer an ‘extra on the side’ for those students who complete the workouts and would like to do a little more.
