Gill Presland

Northbridge International School Cambodia - Gill

Deputy Head of Secondary, MYP Coordinator and University & Careers Counsellor

Gill Presland joined Northbridge from the IB Asia-Pacific Singapore Office, where she was the IB Educator Network Regional Manager.

  • Bachelor of Education Degree in Social Sciences (Newcastle University, Aust)
  • Guidance Counselor Certification (NSW Dep’t of Ed, Aust)
  • Graduate Degree: Business Marketing (CSU, Aust)
  • Future of Learning Summer Institute (Harvard University, USA)

Gill began her teaching career in Australia. Then in 2001 she joined IB schools, holding various teaching and leadership roles in Indonesia, Thailand and Japan. Gill is an experienced MYP coordinator, a MYP curriculum developer and has designed and led professional development workshops for the IB.

Gill is passionate about instructional coaching and establishing learning communities that enhance learning and teaching; with an approach to education that encourages others and herself to approach each day with a growth mindset in a challenging and resilient manner.

She has a love of creativity and looks forward to further exploring the eclectic nature of art, craft and design in Cambodia, with a special interest in ceramics.
