Measures of Academic Progress Léman International School takes the MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) every year in Grades 3-9 in fall and spring.
Léman International School takes the MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) every year in Grades 3-9 in fall and spring. This standardized test is taken by millions of students worldwide, including a large amount of American schools. The test aligns with the American curriculum and American Common Core standards.

Our middle school students who have gone through the MYP program for at least a year (G7-9) have shown high achievement and high growth since the school began administering the tests.  Our middle school students collectively in Fall 2019 tested in the top 35% worldwide, and our year on year growth put the school in the top 30% worldwide with LIS students meeting or exceeding growth expectations in 8 out of 9 categories. Additionally, the middle school had 17 high achieving scores (top 3% worldwide).

The high standards of the IB and Léman International School show that our students are better prepared for different and diverse curriculums, such as Common Core and American standards, and position our middle school students for success wherever they go.
