Eleven is from Sichuan province. She went to college in Shanghai city and worked there for many years. Now she is a postgraduate student in the SWUFE (Southwestern University of Finance and Economic) studying MBA.
Eleven has a few years of working experience as a tour leader with international schools in Shanghai, also know and enjoy working with kids from a different culture.
As a Teaching Assistant, Eleven supports both students and communication with parents. She also guides students in their study.
