Felicia Dracz is from Ontario, Canada. She is in her 5th year of teaching at Léman International School. She teaches both primary and secondary Physical and Health Education.
Felicia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from University of Mount Olive in North Carolina. She furthered her studies by achieving a teaching certification in K-12 Physical Health Education. Felicia is an experienced and successful coach in Soccer, Basketball, and Volleyball for high school and middle school students. She is a qualified and motivating swimming instructor. Before moving to Chengdu, Felicia lived in Beijing, working in the Athletics/Activities department at the Western Academy of Beijing. She loves to provide student opportunities including many cultural and athletic trips. Beyond allowing students to compete in sports and experience this incredible country, Felicia believes these experiences build relationships that students will always treasure. At Léman, Felicia loves the energy and enthusiasm that sports and physical activity bring to her students in PHE class. She has really enjoyed being part of NAE and the involvement that our company provides through Community Partnerships and the NAE Global Games.
Felicia feels privileged to work at Léman and having the opportunity to be part of such vibrant school is a great honor. She loves being entirely immersed in the sporting life of our school. She has a passion for all sports and a particular affinity for developing teamwork. She believes that exercise is an essential part of our lives, including our health as well as our social and mental well-being. As a former NCAA student-athlete in Soccer, she understands commitment and desire in sports. Outside of school, besides finding any excuse to be active, Felicia enjoys trying new things, whether it’s food, traveling to a new place, or embracing the challenge of scuba diving.
