Hannah started her career working in the social care sector in the UK. She later went on to complete her PGCE and began teaching in disadvantaged schools in London. Hannah made the move into international teaching in 2011 when she secured a position at the British International School of Ho Chi Minh City. She has also worked in Panama and Azerbaijan and, more recently, spent some time back in the UK.
Hannah has a range of teaching experience having worked in Grade 3, Grade 1, Kindergarten and Pre-school. She also has experience as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator from her time in London and Literacy Coordinator during her more recent international career.
Hannah is moving to Phnom Penh with her partner Stu, who is also a teacher at NISC. They enjoyed travelling around South East Asia during their time in Vietnam and are very excited to be back in this part of the world. Outside the classroom, Hannah enjoys exercising and loves watching sport on TV (although her own skills in this area are limited). She can also often be found relaxing with her nose in a book.
