Open Day 2026: Join the Journey of Academic Growth

Next month, we will welcome the start of 2026, along with the official launch of admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year. We warmly invite you to attend Léman International School Chengdu’s first Open Day of 2026, which will kick off on January 21. This is a wonderful opportunity for families with children aged 2 to 17, holding foreign passports or Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan IDs, to explore our campus, meet our exceptional educators, and experience firsthand the inspiring learning environment that makes Léman a leader in international education.  

This year, Léman students have once again achieved remarkable success: 

• IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Results: This year, our students achieved an average score of 37.4, well above the global average of 30, with a 100% pass rate. Among them, one student attained the perfect score of 45, three students scored 43, and 46% of students achieved an impressive 40+.

• University Admissions Achievements: The Class of 2025 at Léman received offers from some of the world’s top universities, including Imperial College London, University College London, University of Manchester, King’s College London, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Toronto, KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), ESCP Business School in France, and other prestigious institutions. Among the Class of 2026, some students have already received early interview invitations from leading global universities, including University of Cambridge, University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

• Competitions & Achievements: Students across Primary and Secondary continue to excel in academic competitions, STEAM challenges, global campus events, and Nord Anglia collaborative projects — demonstrating not only high attainment but also creativity, resilience, and global citizenship. In the 2025 Australian Mathematics Competition, our students achieved an exceptional 90% award rate, including top national honors. Success continued in the UKMT Senior Mathematical Challenge with multiple global awards, while our young mathematicians also excelled in the Gauss Contest. Beyond STEM, our students distinguished themselves in speech and debate—earning top placements, Best Speaker recognition, and numerous Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in leading regional and international competitions. Their achievements have secured places in prestigious Asian and global rounds.
