Offer Season Kicks Off at Léman!

We are delighted to share some good news from our Year 13 students at Léman International School Chengdu, who have achieved remarkable success in their university applications this year. 

Jenny K. has secured pre-admissions from both University College London (UCL) and University of Warwick. UCL is consistently ranked among the top 10 universities in the world in the QS World University Rankings, while Warwick is also a highly respected UK university known for academic excellence. 

Elena L. has received a pre-admission from the University of Manchester, which regularly ranks within the global top 40 in the QS rankings, recognized for its research strength and international environment. 

James S. has earned a conditional offer from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Recognized as the top hospitality and tourism management university in Asia and consistently ranked among the world’s leading institutions in this field, HK PolyU is renowned for its strong industry connections, practice-oriented curriculum, and global reputation. In addition, James has been awarded a scholarship, which will be granted subject to his final IB results, reflecting the university’s recognition of his academic potential and overall excellence. 

Olivia W. has gained offers from the University of Leeds for Law and the University of York for Politics and Philosophy. Both universities are highly regarded in the UK, with Leeds being a Russell Group member and York known for its academic strength in humanities and social sciences. 

Oscar Y. has received a conditional offer from the University of Sheffield for Engineering, a Russell Group university renowned for its strong engineering programs and research excellence.
